A trade expo, networking event and conference combined, Bett attracts an international audience and significant national media interest. Speakers at this year's show, held at London's ExCel, included founder of Wikipedia Jimmy Wales, Sir Bob Geldof, Education Secretary Nicky Morgan and teenage science prodigy Jack Andraka.
Rapid's stand was our biggest yet, and saw us work together with many of our product partners to deliver a full programme of talks and activities. Representatives from the Design & Technology Association, Aldebaran Robotics, VEX Robotics and Teach Design all conducted seminars, guiding visitors through the products, platforms and software that could support teachers across the STEM curriculum. Our staff described the four days as a "blur", which must be good as it means they were kept extremely busy, even during a power cut on Day 1!
Here are some images from the event and social media interest we sparked.
